Is Galio still viable?

I played against one a while ago who could no problem solo our whole team with only 4 kills, and his ult alone almost killed us all including the tanks. his heal would heal him for more than our entire team could do in dmg. and his ap scales off of his mr. im actually buying him next or right after that.

yes hes viable.

Considering i almost never see it, i would say no. He is simple outclassed by most other mids.

Galio is fantastic. I pick him against , , ,and almost every time. It's very easy to farm with him. He's fun, I like him, go ahead and try him.

as a mid i would almost say no, though i love playing with him, but running him as a top tank can get scary. especially if your against someone who does alot of magic dmg like

If you played doom the game mode not to long ago. Gailo was one the op doom bots. If you played with Gailo you saw he had a taunt circle that pop then did damage. I think Gailo would be a lot better. If every 3rd Q he hits on a CHAMPION or jungle camps the next Q will do the taunt thing. This upgrade will make Gailo a better support or and Jungler.

I love gailo but when I played him I fed or died a lot early game then late game I got tanky so I could walk in the middle of the other then ult to help the team in the team fight. So no he not viable

I love Galio but he has to be picked at just the right time. If you can get a kill as soon as you hit lvl 6 then you can stay ahead and bully your lane if they are an ap caster. An AD mid like zed will own you. Then end game like EJIke said you get tanky and ult as many as you can and you can crush there team. I would love to see a Galio rework that gives him some range autos and helps his giant hunger for mana early. Maybe like threshes auto or the new thing the did with poppy and her shield. I'd love to see poppy be more viable to play. He is so fun and really puts down a hurting in team fights if you can get there.

Yes. His W is broken and his ult could win games, although easily disrupted,and can easily counter any of the typical mid choices including the ad mids.
