Items that just have resistances and no health arent used much (other than hourglass) 
is one of those items I think right now it is a little UP and under used

combo on Diana or Warwick is really strong. Wit's end is really just a situational item.
I like to take wit's end on Shyvana too; weird huh?

on Diana, I get it because she has tons of magic damage on hit and it synergizes with DFG and Void staff. Feral flare compounds the effect by adding even more magic damage on hit.
