Starting a Bronze-Gold team serious players please

Me and my friend are looking to start a fairly serious team no trolls allowed. All roles needed but my friend prefers mid/jungle and i prefer adc/mid. You need to have good communication skills and map awareness, no one needs to be quiet, and you need to be good at the game in general. You need to be able to pre-game talk about strategies and things like that so before a game we are all prepared. We can have up to eight other players in the team, but we will be doing normal's before ranked like tryouts for the team so we can make sure your decent. We will accept players up to gold, but no higher because I don't want our team mmr to be to high. Skype is a must have if you are to communicate with the team. All ages are accepted as long as your not still in diapers, you just have to be good. If you are interested friend me in game and message me.
