Something needs to be done about the dodging punishments

I just dodged a game with someone who refused to give up mid and said he would instalock it if i didnt jungle. Earlier, I dodged a game that someone said clearly they would troll the game. I don't want to play games that I know that I lose, but I'm also afraid to dodge because I'll lose lp and I wont be able to play for 5 minutes. And the other thing, I'm always the one to dodge because other people dont want to dodge. Its stupid and something needs to be done about it. If someone afk's in an already started game, they need to be punished, but a not started game? Would it hurt to make the time limit only 2 minutes and not lose any lp? Because there are trolls that I dont want to deal with, and other people don't want to deal with, but they wont dodge because of the punishments they recive. I honestly think its stupid that people don't dodge now, you lose more lp for a loss and if you know someone's going to troll a game, then you should dodge because more then likely you will lose, because its pretty much a 4v5. Thats just my 2 cents, but I'm pretty pissed about always having to dodge games. Please Riot do something about this.
