This should be punished harder!

This zac Russian youtuber is a huge scumbag, i know him because i started playing on russian servers season 3 (80 ping), before transferring to EUW (46 ping). I was watching him, thought he is good, but after understanding/learning game myself i realized he just steals other people videos (without permission) and translates them. NO LINKS, NO CREATOR MENTION, CUTS THE VIDEO SO THAT CREATORS OUTRO/INTRO WONT BE IN VIDEO, PUT IN HIS OWN ADS!!!!!(that is the worse) and etc. Randomonium is not the only youtuber he stole videos from(that is what Randomonium mentioned and i trust him, because same was happening at season 3 and 4). I have not watched that "YOUTUBE GUIDE CREATOR" since mid season 4, so i can not tell from whom and what he stole, but if someone knows, please report those videos. With each year youtube becomes worse and worse so would be nice to see some justice across the platform.
