How to change Lissandra passive to make her unique (and niche in some ways)

Idea came to my mind, Lissandra is all about ice, why not make ability/passive that work around that thematic. Her current passive is obsolete when you have so many manna items and runes ( manna flow hello you broken rune :| ) How it works: When enemy is **FROZEN ** (Liss W, Liss R, Sej E, Sej R, Ashe R - it should not be a freeze to be really thematically backed up )Lissandra Q and E can **SHATTER **ice:

  1. Dealing % max. HP/Flat damage as magic damage ( or maybe true ) 2.Reset Her Abilities CD. Example: You cast W -> Q - this moment it resets Q or W CD or refunds certain amount of CD. Or it can Reduce ULT CD for 510% each proc of that passive. 3.Give shield for amount of dealt damage. It should be an adaptive type of shield which depends on enemy stats. 4.Increase duration of CC of next Ability or apply debuff that will do the same as Ornn debuff. Combo that with Ornn and that will be op :D 5.Steal movespeed or resistances for 11.5 sec. So this will add some sort of combo in her abilities and with other champions, especially her lore connected one. Her kit maybe be old and simple but, it is really effective. Her Q for example. It has close range, BUT if cast on enemy it will extend range. E is extremely good ability for escapes and initiations. Ult obviously awesome CC for lockdowns. Only W left which can be changed imo, tho it look like a great ability that fits her current kit perfectly.

I'll take anything. I hate how Riot treats Lissandra atm. She is definitely underpowered right now. I hate taking huge risks for little rewards. Meanwhile Zoe has to throw a bubble to one-shot players.

Yeah the fact that her passive does less than manaflow band is kind of dumb. Like.... why play lissandra when u can just play a champion that does more damage, is safer, and has a passive that actually does something that a rune doesn't. I mean they changed dusk blade because it did exactly what zed's ultimate did. so whats the difference now?

It would be awesome if Lissandra could get her own special Ice debuff like Ornn , even if it does essentially the same thing. I mean, Ornn's brittle effect works off the logic that "He hits an enemy with extreme heat, so their armor becomes brittle and weak, allowing Ornn to crack it."

Wouldn't it make sense to give Lissandra something similar, as she could freeze the enemies armor, making it frail and breakable?

Or perhaps give her more interaction with her own kit. Make any enemies she hard CC's with her abilities (W, R) **Frozen ** and if she hits a Frozen enemy with her Q, she shatters them. Perhaps shattering them could... reduce their MR? Or maybe Shattering them would give Lissandra a shield that increases per enemy hit, rewarding her for using her Q on multiple targets.

Honestly I'd take anything at this point. Lissandra is the definition of "High risk, low reward."

I've been actually thinking about this. I think this is a nice change but this was something I thought could be added onto her Q smth like "If Q hits directly, It will apply brittle" (brittle is that thing that increases cc duration and does damage on proc) It would obviously have a cd but this makes her combo a bit stronger that way and is thematic.

Side comment: a good way to just buff Lissandra without ruining her is just to change the speed of the e projectile. There are two ways for this, either slow it down so that you can e-zhonyas-e (my preferred) or you can speed up her e to make her engages and burst more able to take advantage of out of positioned enemies. Her e speed rn is just insufferable and is only good in very case situations.

But now onto the conversation of the passive, what I would suggest is "Every x spells cast, her next spell will have bonus effects". Let's go through some ideas for those effects on abilities.

Q: Brittle damage increase. This is basically what I mentioned above because having brittle always on such a low cd ability is op.

W. Radius increase damage increase. This would be used mainly in a teamfight instead of the minimal radius it has now you can actually consistently root multiple people.

E. Shoots out 3 claws instead. Now this one would be a bit crazy but the idea is that you would get to choose which claw you teleport to. Either get a cheeky engage or insure that escape. (Damage would fall off for targets hit by multiple claws.)

R. Healing is doubled Damage increased. Her R is an ability that is could actually be considered op. A point and click stun is very powerful it wouldn't need any buffs, so this change is mainly geared towards using it on herself to make that decision-making more prominent.

This would be my preferable changes to Lissandra to keep her her same style as she is but give her enough depth and viable that she can be played.
