Sharex stopped working while in replaymode.

So, I took multiple shots while in replay mode, and then it suddenly stopped allowing me to take screen shots/ images of the recording.

Sharex + Gyazo now suddenly no longer work while looking at the game. Even in windowed and borderless mode. Does anyone know why this would spontaneously stop working and if there is a fix to it?
