Petition to move webcam in "ProView"

Hey everyone, so recently I commented on Bjergs twitter post where he showed a screenshot of his recent interaction in chat for users using ProView, I commented stating sadly no one would have noticed due to the placement of the webcam and after a day or so @riotsupport commented telling me to make a board post, Personally I feel like the area between the Mini Map and the Skill Bar would be the best place that would allow ProView users to see the timers that the players use and who pings etc. What do you guys think. By the way I am not entirely sure where to place this thread either in eSports or Streams & Videos.
