So I went to log into league just a minute or so ago, and it is saying. We backed up to an older patch and will try to patch you up to the current patch. But it is not loading anything in the top right and is saying "We are unable to log you in because you are offline" I am on windows 10 currently and am deff on line. Please send help.
At least the theme of the login screen is great.

Going to initiate a full repair and see if that fixes it.

I am having the exact same issue.
I fixed it by switching region to Oceania. it restarted my client, downloaded a patch, and then when i switch back to NA i was able to log in

Same issue, it's not your client it's a problem with League itself. I'm not trying anything because i know this isn't a client side issue.
had this problem. for some reason logging into the main League web page fixed the "you may be offline" stuff. no idea if that's what fixed it or if that was just a coincidence.

Hey, so a quick workaround that I've used for a while:
Open up your File Explorer
Go to wherever your Riot Games config folder is located (Usually just C:/Riot Games/League of Legends/Config)
Open the file "LeagueClientSettings"
Where it says "gameflow-patcher-lock" set that to "null" then save the file.
Hopefully this works for you guys! It's worked for me in the past!

it's been happening for MONTHS on MAC client; many people have made posts; they get a couple upvotes and fall into oblivion.
maybe riot will address it when more people get the issue

I just failed to load into a ranked game because of this issue and got hit with a leaver buster. Demoted from Gold2 3LP to Gold3 75LP and it wasn't even my fault. What a absolute smack in the face. [sg-shisa]

If you disconnect and reconnect your wifi it works, well it worked for me...
It updated league for me then the problem happened again. lolrip
