Game not launching properly.

So I have noticed this problem in 9.14 but it would only happen maybe 1x every other day but now in 9.15 I have had it happen multiple times per day. And I am afraid of being ban due to not being in game. What has been happening is after champ select the loading screen does not appear but the client it's self will state "game in progress" any one else have this issue?

Submit a ticket through riot support. Force them to acknowledge the issue https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us
