HI guys im just wondering what happense if u get a pentakill then u kill somone after that right away?

You get a Hexakill, but that only happens in Twisted Treeline; Hexakill. In normal games, if you get a Penta, killing someone who just respawned doesn't count, because you're killing the same person twice.
