My build doesn't work for most people...

If you have good positioning and don't die a lot and use team mates in solo queue as bait, then this might work for you.

Laugh D / Teleport F / Flash G

Arcane Comet / Ultimate Hat / Transcendence / Gathering Storm Future's Market / Cosmic Insight

Doran's Ring + 2 Health Potions

Tear + Boots (Don't go spamming spells. Just gather stacks)

If you have enough gold for Needlessly Large Rod, then get it. If not go Mobi Boots.

After that make sure you have Tear, NLR x2, and Mobi Boots

The Mobi Boots will allow you to move around the map to aid allies faster.

The NLR x 2 will give you 120 AP for 2500 Gold.

Basically my logic is:

If you are winning your lane, 120 AP will crush your enemies. If you're losing, 120 AP will catch you up in damage.

After that finish Death Cap and then Archangel's Staff for 20% CDR and 1400 Mana + Shield

Then you can go straight Void Staff if they're building MR or you can buy a Fiendish Codex for the last 10% CDR and then Void Staff.

The Fiendish Codex is just for in case you need a Banshee's or Zhonya's later.

Personally I don't like stasis as it just leaves you open for skillshots (I learned how to time Zhonya's with Malzahar's Q Delay which is similar to Veigar's W delay so... I think people who build Zhonya's every match up are stupid)

The last item can be whatever the fuck you want, whether it be Lich Banes or Deadman's Plate (for the 60 MS)

I've been keeping deaths below 5 or so in longer games (2 or less in shorter games) and kills have been mostly double digits. If its a single digit, its because the enemy team surrendered early game.

Goodluck bro

Note: During the laning phase... Always Always Always keep an eye on the mini map. If they disappear from the lane, thats your chance to move to the lane they're most likely going to gank and turn the tables around on them with E.

Personally I also don't use indicators or anything with Veigar as I feel like it slows me down. Just learn the sizes of his cast range and spell sizes instinctively.
