why is aram so bad and does riot clearly penalize certain players?

just uninstalled lol and i gotta say this is one of the owrst i ever played.sure its all bells and whistles and a lot of skins for money grab but the core of the game specially in aram is absolutelly ridiculous.not just the selction algorythm is clearly broken and insist in select ridiculous strong teams for one side and the other gets bad team but you cabn clearly see players that play really bad and they can win a game if they get rthose op items.this not a gamne that beneficts skill its a childish illusion to maintain most people satisfied while penalizing others.
