So what are placements looking like for previously unranked accounts?

Never placed in ranked on this account before, I'm looking to get around silver 3-5, would be grateful for silver 1. I'm looking for people that can post their placement results on their previously unranked accounts or at least have an idea of what 10/10 would be and then 7/3 or so(if you know where that might place someone). thanks
