Re roll champs

You know all problems with the new blue essence system would be automatically fixed if you let us reroll champion fragments and give some little extra blue essence every first match of the game, and/or after 10 games give us some more blue essence, apart of the champions capsule. I mean, I just need like 10 more champs to unlock all, and that was a real goal in the older system, right now I don't even like to play the game just because I can't reroll.
