Am I able to buy my time back with blue essence?

After doing some boring and poorly designed tutorials, hearing an old woman cranking your ears telling you what to do, I received a capsule with 3000 blue essence. Why not? The tutorials are so bad, I actually fell asleep on my chair with my head on my keyboard, drooling like a guy that had a stroke. Skipping the tutorials would be a bad idea since then you won't be rewarded for that 3000 BE.
