A question about dawnbringer karma
The only way I can seem to get any chromas for dawnbringer karma is if I buy the 1650rp back.
Am I supposed to cough up an extra 15 bucks to get a recolor of the same 1 thing?

That's correct. There is no other way. You need to spend additional money for the bigger "bundle", which happens to be more than you'd have to pay for the base skin.
In my world this would be called preying on the completionist impulse people have, but since it's for charity, apparantly that's excuseable. Even the charity emote costs twice as much as other emotes. It seems like charity is only for those who don't have to think about money at all. At least in Riot's mind.
