Boardes reflect current rank.... so why did I get platinum this season?

I just want all my fellow summenors to know, that i am frustrated with my beloved Riot Team.

4 years ago I saw that a good friend of me had a sexy platinum border and made me try hard to get one either... then after 300 games finally archieving plat, I boosted another friend to get into gold and got banned for that ( I know was my fault, but hey nobody informed me about the punishment).

The year after I started again to climb hard and became platin (again after like 300-400 games)... only to get demoted for inactivity... because again nobody properly told me....

The year after that I climbed again after like 300 games to plat ( I know it takes ages, but I always got very unlucky with placements and I am not a challenger to 1vs 9 easyly) And guess fuckin what... I went for scholarship to Australia for a month and got demoted to gold again because inactivity (and no I did not want to let a friend play on my account bc i was afraid gettin banned again...)

And FINALLY this year I again had to climb all the way up from silver 5 to plat 3, which took me about 500 games (very hard to solo carry this season as top lane main) ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I WONT HAVE A PLATIN BORDER NEXT SEASON AS WELL!!!!!!! RITO FUCKIN PLEASE !!!!

Unfortunately i will become a lawer in 2019 and as my parents will stop to pay for my flat then, i will have to take life more seriously and cannot spend hundrets of hours in the lovely rift to climb to the rank that actually shows my skill, so therefore no beautiful platin border for me in presence, past or future... RIP ME
