PvP full of Bots and Smurfs these days - Ruins the game.

This is the exact copy of a support ticket i put up. They told me to put it in the boards for discussion, as Devs look here often for player reactions and responses. So here it is:

'Sir, there are so many bots and smurfs in PvP matches these days. It has become so annoying an issue for me, and I'm sure for many others as well, who actually want to have a good time playing League. It is impossible for people to carry games with the bot lane feeding the enemy carry like there is no tomorrow. It is an issue that needs to be taken extremely seriously, or this game that proved to be fun and entertaining, will just turn into a toxic hell, where co-operation and team work is non-existent. How long do you think the excitement about league and World's and shit, last in people's minds? That wont last long, if what they face everyday, are games in which they are up against 5 with 3 bots in their team. So please take this request extremely seriously, sir. Visual updates, patch changes, all can come later. These fundamentals need to be made solid. Lol will definitely die soon if it gets crowded with bots and feeders every game. Last day there was a guy in my team who fed so insanely, and when we asked him to play safe, cussed at us and laughed. I'm so frustrated that he can do that and still get away with it. Prevalence of bots even in PvP games, show that you, at Riot, do not , ever , take these requests from the player community seriously. It is not the very talented and famous few, that keep the game going. its the not so famous, yet those who love the game dearly that fill your pockets. So please listen to us. Do your best to eliminate these bot accounts. Or this game is dead in 5 yrs max. Thank you.'

Prevalence of bots in PvP has become a very serious game ruining issue these days. I played a match last day with 2 boys in my team and at least 1 in the enemy team. It is so frustrating when your Miss Fortune fires off her ult at a random cannon wave. It is absolutely disgusting, and i believe so many of you guys have experienced the same thing too. It tilts even the most calm and composed players. Riot seems not to take these complaints seriously, or rather they do not care maybe, or their countermeasures are ineffective.
