Dodging a match while hovering your champ.

I recently just was in a game where I wanted to play zed and it got banned, so I switched to akali and the last pick on their team took akali. So I had to think of a new champ in 30 seconds and I chose malz. I do not have my malz runes page set up so I started making it. I saw the timer at 5 seconds while halfway through the runes and figured I didn't want to exit hit confirm and then have to se up the rune page from scratch. I know there is a save button but for me whenever I do that on an unfinished page it glitches and doesn't let me use that page or even change it in champ select. Anyways, as the timer hits 0 it dodges me out of the game and gives me a 5 minute timer. I had school in less than an hour so this meant I didn't have time to play anymore. Idk it just really pissed me off because I remember it didn't used to be like this back with the old client. It just makes no sense to dodge someone just because they didn't hit lock in. I filled out a ticket and the guy said he's just player support and has no control over it but they do this to prevent people from being afk. Why cant it track the fact that I'm filling out my runes and clearly not afk. I know its no that big of a deal but it just tilted me a lot earlier. also please remove this from the game rito >
