Where's the Project Event?

I feel like no one is talking about it. I saw a few posts but they don't seem to be getting attention, not saying mine will, but I feel like it should've been launched by now?

Most of the time events, skins, ect have launched around 10-11AM PST but since that has passed, it could also be around 12PM PST as that is also when some have appeared more recently. So maybe in a half hour.

It was weird, I saw the new PROJECT loading screen @ login, but then as I closed the launcher one more time It reverted back :\

Have you noticed the changed minions yesterday? I played 2 ranked games yesterday where the PROJECT event minions have been implemented already. But after those two games they dissappeared again.
