I would pay for a permanent ARURF game mode

I have NEVER purchased RP. I did get an Amex Serve card way back in the long long ago and I alpha tested Jinx at Riot HQ, so I basically had RP that was given to me.

I have 284K blue essence and a shard for virtually every single champion. (Most in duplicates and triplicates).

I personally don't care that much about "skins", but what I have liked about the Riot model is that you don't spend money for advantages.

However, every time they have an ARURF weekend or week I realize I WOULD pay money to have this mode permanently unlocked.

Does anyone else feel the same way?

I feel like Riot could make an even bigger fortune offering it as a paid add on for those who want it. Hell, I'd pay a monthly fee for it. It is by far the most fun I have playing LoL.

Ghostcrawler mentioned in a Q&A video one of the reasons for not making urf permanent is they still want people to play actual league. It wouldn't be good for urf to take the spotlight since it's impossible to balance.
