League of Legends' Tournament Spectator Delay

Hi, I would like to ask if there's any possible way to remove Spectator Delay in regards for LoL Tournaments. I run LoL Tournaments weekly at my workplace and the Spectator Delay ruins the vibe of watching the events of the tournament live and was wondering if there's any possible way to have it removed specifically at our venue or if there's a tournament draft/system we could use for removing spectator delay?
