They released the deathsworn skins, and made the rotating game mode the halloween Doom Bots mode.
It's shit, but they did something.
Of course, a top of the pack video game company with the largest game in the world should be able to have at least as many events as all of the smaller games. But Riot is a bloated piece of shit that doesn't care much for their players outside of milking their wallets, so.

They must've made a severe marketing mistake if this many players were clueless to the harrowing skins release this year.
I think riot can't do harrowing, preseason, and worlds at the same time.
