pbe is to test if someone or something works network wise. if it crashes the servers because of a coding bug then they dont want to be liable for it. but at the same time they need testers from all over the world. so pbe.

Because the PBE is the Public Beta, it's there for technical testing of things to be implemented. It's for finding bugs and such. It is not there for people to direct Riot employees on what to do for them.

The PBE is for finding bugs and for live testing outside of there group to see how the community interacts with the changes. Not whether you like them or not.

But maybe sometimes you peoples need to understand that despite community feedback and PBE riot is still in charge to decide what to inplant in it game or not !
