Still no account recovery email.
I sent in the forgot username request for my email on the pbe. It has been a whole day and I still havent got an email.

welcome to league of legends, you've got minimally 1-2 more days before you MAYBE get the email if you provided all the right information.
If within 1-2 days you don't get it send a support ticket and they may be able to help you
