Queue Dodging punishment?

So lately me and a few friends have been getting xp playing normal games and draft (This has happened in ranked too) Where someone is in champ select and we call our champions. And then there's a duo bot that ban the top and junglers champs for fun. Should people be served a warning for dodging a game, when someone has the intention of losing/making the game less fun for others?

Solution: You should just really make the queue dodge timer shorter so it wouldn't be an issue.
