Make Remakes better/Losing LP for afks

I'm actually tired of getting afks in my ranked games who disconnect 30 seconds into the game. Yet there is no remake option because they didn't disconnect earlier. Its also ridiculous to me that you lose LP for someone else disconnecting. A 4v5 isn't an actual game and if my team force surrenders even when I want to try how is it fair? You can only report them after and hope it doesn't happen again with someone else. Riot should really work on trying to fix problems like this instead of worrying about prestige skins.
