Should I play ranked right now?

KingGin22··1 votes·214 views

So as I understand it, the "season" has ended, I got my bronze summoner icons (SO CLOSE to silver :P) and I want to play some ranked games, but I'm wondering if they will "matter" at all towards next season? When next season starts do we still have to suffer through placement games, or does it "rollover?" This is my first real ranked season so I'm trying to understand how it all works, thanks!
