Is Riven's Prestige skin not coming back? I didn't purchase her as I thought they would all be available at the end and I didn't have the time to dedicate to that specific event... Saved up 100 prestige points only to find her not in the end of the year shop, despite Riot stating that all Prestige skins would be available at the end of the year?
No, they stated that next years skins will be available in the prestige store at the end of that year. The riven skin, aswell as all of event skins from this year, arent coming back
She was event exclusive so she wont return.

They never stated that. They posted a Prestige Update quite sometime before that, which clearly stated "All 2020 Prestige would return at the end of the year and 2018 / 2019 Prestige would not be effected by this"
