Why is the help and support archived???

Im lagging and its on riots end, i doubt they even know about it. All my friends that have the same isp are having the same issue and theres no where we can reach for help cuz the help and support is archived. I dont use boards much, why would they archive it? and what do i do now?

That, along with the fact I haven't seen hundreds of threads about it already, strongly suggests the problem is with your ISP, or more likely a small portion of your state and a specific node at your ISP.
