Warlock champion!

Can we get a Warlock type champion that casts dots and fears!

I know you guys tried to subtlety put warlock aspects in the game... Fiddle's drain / fear... Malz dots... Vladmir's look.

But can we get a full blown ripoff, I love warlocks =)
