I'm just curious if anyone feels that Riot should have rewards for participating in the surveys that are sent out? Something as simple as blue essence as a reward would be a whole lot better then nothing, wondering if you feel the same?

The issue with this sort of thing is it encourages responses that are not thoughtful - people are only doing it for the reward.

It's a perennial problem in statistics - do you risk having skewed data from "bad" responses, or do you risk having less people respond.
