Suggestion for skin crafting

I like to reroll skin shards into perms and several times I get ugly skins for champs I own that automatically get added to my collection when I'd rather disenchant or reroll into another skin perm. So if that could be made an option, that'd be great because I'm never going to use these skins lmao. pls. ty.
