Champion capsule average shard value

I'm curious what the odds are of getting high value champions versus low value champions.

Maybe we can compile a list of what we get from the capsules, and see if there is a ratio, or if it's random.

I thought of this after I opened two capsules, so this is what I got for two:

3x 90 BE (Champion value 450 BE) 3x 270 BE (Champion value 1350 BE 1x 630 BE (Champion value 3150 BE) Total: 1710 BE Average per capsule: 855 BE

So the ratio of IP/BE is 5, in other words the BE is 1/5 of the original IP.

Now let's look at the BE value of each champion: 13 x 450 BE 22 x 1350 BE 24 x 3150 BE 47 x 4800 BE 32 x 6300 BE 1 x 7800 BE

Total Champions: 139 % of 450 BE Champions: 9.35 % % of 1350 BE Champions: 15.8% % of 3150 BE Champions: 17.3% % of 4800 BE Champions: 33.8% % of 6300 BE Champions: 23.0% % of 7800 BE Champions: .007% (percentages are approximations)

So if we consider the lowest 3 as low value, and the highest 3 as high value:

Percentage chance to get a low value on each roll: 42.4%

Percentage chance to get a high value on each roll: 57.6%

If one takes the average capsule (855 BE) - which matches my own calculations BTW, and one considers that it takes roughly a week of play to earn a capsule, then it would take approximately 7.4 weeks (or 1.7 months) to unlock one of the more "recent" 6300 BE champions. (Recent apparently means 4 years old for Riot, lately. So much for rolling down the value of champs as they got older.)

This is of course assuming that you don't have the shard for that champion - which is a rare drop from a capsule (approximately a 1 in 12 chance).
