My fps keeps drop

My fps keeps dropping in every match I play at first it start all normal and then it just start dropping I tried restarting my wifi that didn't work and they I tried to lower the graphic and changing the fps cap and that didn't work either nothing I do seem to work idk what to do anymore my fps drop in killing me in game I just don't know what to do anymore I need help
