Another HUGE akali nerf has just came into the PBE. Basically her Q energy cost has been increased from: 100/95/90/85/80 to 140/130/120/110/100 In my opinion this is also a huge nerf that will completely gut her trading potential in lane phase aswell as her waveclear. R.I.P Akali I personally don´t think this is needed. Remenber that there´s also other nerfs currently on the PBE.
It's a failed rework, and those nerfs are deserved.

a champ that has a garbage winrate a giant banrate and is S tier in pro play
how do you balance this shit? you cant. this is what happens when you make your game focused on champs being hypermobile, overloaded and able to 1shto you with 1-2 items.
140 energy is basically 3/4 of her energy like wth
They nerfed her so many times already. Just give her another rework. And this is coming from someone who dislikes akali.
