I'm getting tired of the game becoming a stuttering mess every time I queue up

Without fail, about 10 mins into every game the FPS becomes super inconsistent and the frame times go to shit resulting in a stuttery mess. How can a multi billion dollar corporation not make their 10 year old game run smooth?
