[RULES] Am I allowed to promote my service as a league video editor?

Hi all,

I was looking through the rules, but can't seem to find a direct answer to this. I was planning on posting a discussion about creating edited league videos for whoever, wherever (youtube, etc.) and was wondering if I am allow to put a price tag on these videos on the forum.

Essentially am asking if its against the rules to promote my "video services" to other league players on the boards.
