A Player Support Specialist wants to say hi!

Today's the day where I'm joining the NA community and therefore I want to say hi and introduce myself right away.
Short said, Since some month I work full-time as a Player Support Specialist for the EU Community. Additionally I'm part of the German Volunteer program since recently.
In my free-time, as the best grillin' Cactus, hosting legendary BBQ where my well done Teemo steaks and Bristle ribs are served, is one of my If you have any doubts about my food, don't worry, they are 100% organic and fed with love and inting Summoners. So my activities in the NA community will be:
- Boards activity (As Player Support/Volunteer and Summoner)
- Playing games together (IGN [EUW/NA]: Cactusgrill)
- creative contribution (fan fiction, poems, other lore stuff,..)
