Ive been having the same problem and NOTHING can fix it!

It's getting a bit old. I've gotten really interested again because a hand to hand character is coming and HTH is one of my favorite things, but these hiccups are making me really sad. I guess I can't play. I even stream this game and one other game. The other game doesn't have any issues even while on youtube, discord and the internet itself, I could even peep someone elses stream in high quality while streaming and get no issues (Doing all of this as a stress test as well as doing it with NONE of this stuff running and it remains the same). Drop no frames during the stream and no computer issues, but this is the only game where this issue is showing up. It wasn't there at the end of the season. Ah this is frustrating. I see and watch other people play and not get this issue, but here and there I see small cases of people with similar issues, but not big enough to say it's an issue with the game right now. I've also noticed issues with the clients end game results screen(repairing did not fix this oddly enough, considering reinstalling to see if the problem goes away as a last resort). It might have to do with accounts and things being migrated right now.
