Make it so you can't play new champs in game

I think it would be a good idea to make it so people cannot play new champions in a ranked game. Nothing crazy just at least 2-5 games played so they at least know if they can understand the champion or not.

This will DRASTICALLY in my opinion reduce the amount of unintentional feeding... I can't count the number of times I have seen a brand new yasu, or any adc, or jungler hop in ranked and just do absolutely horrible. Plastic tier 7. Because they have never played the role or the champion before. Literally dead weight to the team.

While this used to be a great idea. Everyone has been able to play Zoe on PBE since PBE has been opened up. So there will be significantly more people wanting to take her directly to ranked to use their weeks experience against those that haven't been playing PBE. Which is actually rather clever.

i think this is a great idea even heroes of the storm have a system like this implemented in ranked games
