Are custom resultions allowed?
So I have a monitor that has 1280x600 as it's lowest resolution but league of legends settings doesn't allow me to choose this resolution looking into some posts and I can set it with cfg file but is that allowed?

Consider getting a cheap used 1080p monitor, playing a competitive game on something that narrow and low res is going to be horrible - you wont be able to see incoming skillshots in most lanes.
