Unacceptable

Long Queue Times? I waited in queue for 3 hours before giving up. If that is just a 'long queue time' then it says a lot about riot's standards. It seems to be some kind of trend at the moment to release your game before it is ready and patch 9.13 has really ruined any respect I had for the company. I bet all the players who spent money on the new 'loot boxes' scams are really happy right now (but if you actually spent money on those i dont think you deserve any sympathy anyway). I understand the game is free but charging money by means of gambling with no guarantee of getting your moneys worth is just a scam especially for those who are under 18 and dont even understand how damaging gambling can be. To quote T1 (and practically anyone who has played anything with the 'Riot!' stamp on it) 'FIX YOUR GAME RIOT'

In defense of RIOT, this is not a Gambling game at all. If you spent money in this Game, it already lost its value, since you can't sell anything back in Real Money. On the other hand i completely understand your frustration on how a BILLION dollar Company can not release a new mod, which completely ruins their servers. They knew the waiting Queue on their PBE server was huge, then they do the same mistake on live servers, common guys don't give every player the possibility to access a game mod at the same time as other can do.

Is it only EUW that has the Problem OWilsON? Did you research on your side? Maybe EUW Server have not the right equipment to access the huge amount of access at this time.
