Why does riot not want to balance the game ? I wanna play who i want!

This is not an opinion post like "champ A is op and needs a buff or nerf" this is an over all post.

Right now (and kinda always) 5-15 champs are "relevant" "S tier" or "op" 50% are meh playable, and the rest are irrelevant and unplayable. These champs in these categories change from patch to patch so you HAVE to keep up with who to play who is "meta" and we don't want that! simply put most league players want to play the champs they want to play when they want to play them, but you cant do that.

My question is why.. is it so you buy more skins? If so riot you messed up Im not buying the skins for the champs i like because right now they suck, and sooner or later they get a turn being op but that only lasts a bit so Im not buying skins...

why do you think rito has never had plans to balance the game? Would you dump league and go to another Moba that was balanced and was as good as league? because Im looking for one, but Im sad because I have fallen in love with the lol lore..

Been playing since start of season 3 and I even have a kindred tattoo, but enough is enough... riot you are just pissing off the fans who made this game what it is, and just for money, way to sell out....

Every champion, especially in your elo, is entirely playable and viable. I don't think there's ever been a time when a champion's mains don't have >50% winrates. There are obviously champions that are stronger than other in a certain meta, but no champion is ever unplayable.

It's literally not possible with how many unique champions, items, and masteries there are. considering the number of variables, I'd say riot's balance team is actually doing a pretty good job. I know they do intentionally leave some champions strong or change things to bring certain champions up to top tier, but overall basically every champion is within 5% of average winrate, with most being within 1-2% of 50%.

I strongly disagree, how can you say that? there is clearly much stronger champs, is it just by chance that the pros play who is "s tier" at the time? why not play who they have more experience with or only choose counters ? They don't they play who is broken. You cant go off win rates, because as soon as a champ goes down to 48% people stop playing them until they are fixed and then it climbs to 52% then they get nerfed and it just cycles... how can i play the same champ and some patches i have 60% win rate then go to 30% then once balanced (imo) 50% win rate against the same champs when the meta is not favoring the champ its just the tweeking. it's clear its for money...
