Suggestion for user interface (To be able to move icons around)

As a relatively recent LoL player, playing for just over a year, something occured to me that would improve the Quality of Life during gameplay. Enabling the feature to allow players to move the Teammate Icons Interface above the map to whatever suits every individual, so that interacting with your teammate (while shielding or ulting with Lulu for example) should be comfortable to however someone sees fit. Imagine a situation in a close 5v5 fight where as a Lulu you can't really manage to click the appropriate teammate and missclick someone else, losing the entire fight. Icons are there to prevent that, but they are not of much help if you can't position them actually where you want them on the screen. Like you could move the death recap for example.

Please consider it with the developers, or if you already did consider it at one point and decided not to allow it, please explain below why.
