Poll of viewer stance on posting behavior?

There's a lot of posts that have the OP complaining about people in their games and how the ranked system is flawed etc. etc. I would look into their match history and see wins and losses. Sometimes the OP has a very rough game or sandbags but still wins. On the other hand, the OP will sometimes carry and win or still lose even when they did very good to moderately well (Usually the time when the OP starts complaining on the boards). In short, what I want to know is do people actually believe the OP when they complain about every aspect of the game or do they think the OP is emotionally charged and a tad biased to sort "People having bad games" into "People that deserve bans for [Insert Complaint here]".
