I realize my name is pretty awesome and hard to get, but I've always wanted the original name Morgana and I just looked up the player who actually has the name to find out he's a lvl 6 inactive player 
I remember looking him up a year or 2 ago and he was lvl 6 back then too.

It's not an actual player. The level 6 account is Riot themselves. It's their way of locking champion names out of the available pool of names.
Morgana is a bad name and a bad champion. Name yourself "Ahri Because I fit every skin theme" and you will be the coolest person on the boards which doesn't say much because Rito only looks at reddit.
the real question is why is morgana's chibi summoner icon reverse of her actual splash art???? this keeps me up at night
