63 minutes aram queue time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My average queue time in aram is around 30-60 minutes at night, I read some discussions posted by other players, their average wait time is around 10 minutes or less, is that mean something is wrong with my account? I played two games last night, the first game took me about 40 minutes, and the second game is my new record, 63 minutes and 3 seconds. Does anyone know how to fix this bs? Please advise, thanks.
