silver 2, gold players on enemy team, gold 3 with 85% win rate on other team

Not only that my teammates have 40% win rates. I really cant take this game seriously anymore. The matchmaking is too random its like they are literally just matching anyone thats close if they just play a certain role. Reasons I fucking hate the new matchmaking system of selecting roles because the game is no longer even it trys to find people it cant.
